Join us and capture the wild, untamed splendor of Oregon’s coastal treasures!
October 18-22, 2025
Discover the breathtaking beauty of the Oregon coast
A paradise for landscape photographers seeking dramatic vistas and timeless natural wonders. This rugged shoreline boasts iconic sea stacks—towering rock formations sculpted by the relentless Pacific waves—rising majestically from the misty surf. From the sun-drenched cliffs of Cannon Beach to the moody, fog-kissed shores of Bandon, every turn offers unparalleled photo opportunities. Capture the golden hour as it bathes Haystack Rock in warm light, or frame the jagged silhouettes of McCullough Bridge against a stormy sky. Our workshop will guide you through these stunning locations, helping you master composition, lighting, and technique amidst one of the world’s most photogenic coastlines. Join us and capture the wild, untamed splendor of Oregon’s coastal treasures! We organize workshops according to weather, tide schedule and the moon to give us the best possible options. We are scheduled around a full moon, and low tides near sunset and sunrise. That is a recipe for success!
Please keep in mind that the itinerary below is only a guide and as landscape photographers, we may have to change schedules according to weather and conditions.

Oct 18, Day 1: Sunset Shoot
Since we start our day with meeting up and getting to know each other, our first shoot will be a sunset shoot after checking in.
Oct 19, Day 2: Landscape photography is about great light and composition
On day 2 we will get up early to head out long before sunrise so we have enough time to set up and get ready for our shoot.
We will then spend the day exploring and slowly get ready to head out well before sunset to find the right spot for our sunset shoot. We like to prepare for the light. Landscape photography is about great light and composition. That means that we will be spending a lot of time looking for compositions, travelling to different locations and chasing light. No great landscape photograph comes from sitting in a hotel. So be prepared to work on this trip! It will be a blast we promise.
Oct 20, Day 3 Explore new ground
Day 3 will look alot like Day 2 except that we will most likely move to a different accommodation spot to explore new ground. You’re going to notice that the routine remains more or less the same as day 2 until we get to the last day. Our experienced guides will make decisions on which location to visit and will try to put you in the right spot and give you the best chance for taking that money shot. Although, the final result depends on how mother nature decides to treat us at the end of the day, there are many things we can do to set ourselves up for success. And you can be sure that we will do our best to get you great results. It’s what we do best.
Oct 22 , Days 4: Bandon
As the journey continues, we will keep exploring locations and we may even revisit the same location a couple of times. Especially Bandon! Weather permitting, we will also have some beautiful horses to shoot with epic sunsets as a backdrop at low-tide. Certain locations on the coast of Oregon are so versatile and great for landscape photography that you can revisit them many times and get totally different shots every time. Don’t forget, the goal of the trip is to enjoy the journey. It is as important to learn about composition and have fun as it is to get amazing results. The sunset on day 4 will be our last sunset. Please keep in mind that we might try and do night photography as well if the lighting conditions allow. This whole workshop is about exploring ideas and adventure. You won’t be disappointed! Have a look at the locations that we are going to visit. All photos have been taken by your instructor, Rammy Kazemi.
